Local recurrence after prostate radiation has historically presented a difficult therapeutic challenge, but advances in imaging and brachytherapy are creating new opportunities for curative salvage. This webinar will review the evidence for salvage LDR and HDR brachytherapy, from whole-gland approaches to modern focal strategies. We will discuss patient selection, efficacy, toxicity, and how PSMA PET and MRI are redefining the role of salvage reirradiation.
